So here is my first attempt at my first recipe on here. I made a yummy Banana Bread that I found on Pinterest and have been wanting to try and finally made it.

Here is the recipe..

CHOCO CHIP BANANA BREAD
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1 cup pecans(or walnuts), toasted and coarsely chopped(optional)
3 bananas, very ripe and mashed well (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
2 large eggs, beaten lightly
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom and sides of a 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan and set aside.

2. Whisk first five ingredients together in large bowl; set aside.

3.In a medium bowl mix mashed bananas, yogurt, eggs, butter, vanilla and chocolate chips. Gently fold banana mixture into dry ingredients until just combined. Scrape batter into prepared loaf pan.

California Walnuts :)

Mix em :)

Ready to bake!

4. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack. Serve warm with sweet butter at room temperature with a cold glass of milk.

Serve and Enjoy!

So I have this new dream.
Like a wish.
Call it cRaZy, but I just am excited about it.

I want to be creative like other people and start posting foods and desserts on here that I make. Not only that but also making videos of tutorials for jewelry! Simple earrings and necklaces. Oh I get excited! But one thing I lack on is sadly I don't have a camera. I am going to see if my amazing sister in law would let me use hers while I am in the same house as her. It would work out great. It might be hard because it would mean more time while baking but hey it's a hobby I love and I feel like I don't have very many hobbies lately.

      So those are my thoughts.

I will see where they lead. For now they are dreams.

Here goes nothin!

So I have never been very good at writing a journal. Usually get a few pages and stop. I always think they are so cute and I want to buy them but I take a second to really think "will I even use this" and sadly put the book back. I have been wanting to start a blog for a while now but never knew what I would write. Spencer is not a fan but hope that changes. This is mainly to help me remember all the fun/ crazy/ weird/ awesome things we have done together. I love that in the future I could print this out into a book! That will give Spencer something to give me. lol. I hope that I can be creative and fun in this new interest. I needed a hobby to here it is. Enjoy the ride with me! I have lots to learn on the way. Wish me luck :)

Well we first started out trip with a stop at my sisters house in Orem, Utah. Spencer wanted to meet up with his mission buddies and I had loads of people I could see. Sadly I wasn't feeling too well while there. Something about my stomach. I didn't want to get anyone sick or be around me when I was in not the best of moods. One night we were able to go to Temple Square. It was Spencers first time going. Yes I had a virgin. haha We were able to enjoy the lights with a hot cocoa in hand. Spencer was not used to the weather and neither was I. We froze our butts off and witnessed TWO proposals while waiting to take a picture(see below). Oh utah. It would happen like that. Too funny. So glad mine was at an airport lol.

I think it's so funny that I made him not stand on the cement circle because I didn't want to be too short. I need to start wearing heals more often but they KILL my feet. I feel sorry for the tall girls that I took a tall guy. It just happened that way.

After out trip to utah we came to Idaho to get Spencer trained in his new job. (Again his first time to Idaho. SO crazy!) He is taking over for his brother next semester in the BYU-I bookstore. He gets to work in the back taking pictures and uploading things onto the BYU-I bookstore. He does not like being on computers but this has given him a new way of learning about computers. I am very lucky when it comes to him not caring about video games although this week he has been playing them since my brother has an xbox. I made him join me in playing fun games on the Kinect. :) We jumped over waterfalls and fixed some cracks in a water tank. Probably not as cool as playing Battlefield for him but I'm not much fan of those games.

Here is a funny joke i found..

We have been very lucky to find our house for next semester on our first day here. We were a little hesitant to get it because it's over our price range we were wanting but since everyone is out to get a house we figured we better get what we can take. It's a 3 bedroom 1 bath house about 3 blocks from campus. Nice and private. I fell in love with the kitchen and living room :) I have been finding great deals on the byu-i bulletin board. I got a coffee table, tv stand, and bookshelf. I am pretty proud of myself. Can't wait to move in on the 5th :)

Today my brother's wife Heather (as of tomorrow) is getting her endowments out and I get to go! They get married tomorrow. Such an exciting thing. I love going to sealings. Helps me remember everything I promised to keep with my man. So happy for them. I have only been through the Sacramento Temple and this will be my 3rd time doing a session. Then right after that we are driving back to Rexburg because Spencer's brother graduates and is walking at 8. I hope it all works out so we can make it to both.

Thanks for reading! Hope it didn't bore you. I will learn as I go :)
